1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "345com", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 345com.app platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" — refers to the 345com website, mobile browser interface, and any other digital channel through which 345com services are accessed.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a 345com account or who accesses the platform.
• "Account" — the registered profile created by a player on 345com, used to access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "PKR" — Pakistani rupees, the sole currency used on the 345com platform for all balances, bets, and payouts.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or deposit match credits credited to a player's 345com account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum cumulative betting volume a player must achieve on 345com before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the player into their 345com account and available for betting or withdrawal without any wagering condition attached.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To open a 345com account and use the platform's real-money services, you must be at least 18 years of age. 345com takes underage gambling seriously and will conduct verification checks when required. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legal in your specific jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to seek independent legal advice before registering.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 345com account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

2.3 When registering with 345com, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and Pakistani payment credentials. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 345com reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. This is a standard compliance procedure and is required under our operating licence. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended until verification is completed.

2.5 Employees and contractors of 345com, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345com login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 345com will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone call.

3.2 All activity conducted through your 345com account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 345com support immediately at support@345com.app. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account while investigating the matter.

3.4 345com recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge in your account security settings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 345com are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are clearly displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 345com accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Payment method availability may change at any time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the cashier.

4.3 Deposits via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically credit to your 345com balance instantly. Deposits via IBFT may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank. Card deposits are subject to your bank's processing times.

4.4 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same 345com account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. This requirement is in place for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4.5 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically reach the recipient within 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.6 345com does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges, which are outside 345com's control.

4.7 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Only the Real Money Balance portion of your account is available for unrestricted withdrawal at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 345com may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and tournament tickets. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are published alongside each offer and form part of this agreement.

5.2 Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 345com offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be transferred to the Real Money Balance.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward wagering requirements on sports betting bonuses.
• Games that are excluded from bonus wagering will be clearly indicated in the promotion terms. Generally, certain high-RTP slots, baccarat, and even-money bets in table games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.

5.3 345com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If an offer is withdrawn while you are actively working toward a wagering requirement, you will be given reasonable notice and a reasonable window to complete the requirement.

5.4 Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit offer mechanics, or coordinating with other players to meet requirements artificially — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, account closure, and recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on 345com are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, as published in the sportsbook. In the event of any conflict between a market-specific rule and this general document, the market-specific rule takes precedence for that market.

6.2 A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a bet acceptance notification from 345com. Bets that were not accepted due to a technical error or odds movement are not binding on either party.

6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 345com reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific players or accounts where there is evidence of professional, syndicated, or arbitrage betting activity.

6.4 In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the settlement rules published for that market. Generally, abandoned matches are voided unless sufficient play has occurred to determine the outcome of a specific market — for example, a completed first innings in cricket may be sufficient to settle innings-based markets.

6.5 Live in-play odds on 345com are subject to rapid change. A confirmed bet is settled at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance, not at the current live price at any later time.

6.6 Accumulator bets (parlays) require all selections to win for a payout to be made. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection, reducing the combined odds accordingly.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 All 345com casino games — including but not limited to Teen Patti, baccarat, poker, crash games, and live dealer tables — use independently certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, physical card dealing and wheel spinning conducted by human dealers on camera.

7.2 345com undergoes regular audits of its RNG systems and game outcomes by accredited third-party testing agencies. Certification records are available upon request.

7.3 Players are prohibited from using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any 345com game or betting interface. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings generated through automated play.

7.4 In the event of a technical failure that affects a game outcome — such as a disconnection during a live dealer hand — the outcome will be determined according to the game's defined resolution protocol. Where an outcome cannot be determined fairly, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on 345com and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that conceals the origin of funds.
• Placing bets using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Initiating chargebacks with a payment provider for bets that were legitimately settled.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any head-to-head market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — commonly called "gnoming" or "scalping" — to generate unfair advantage.
• Registering under a false identity or misrepresenting your age, location, or payment credentials.
• Accessing 345com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law and using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 345com platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, odds formats, promotional materials, and website design — is the intellectual property of 345com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written authorisation.

9.2 Your use of 345com does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform's content, software, or data. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 345com collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy as an integrated part of this agreement.

10.2 You consent to 345com processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 345com is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform offers the following player protection tools, all accessible free of charge from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your 345com account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into 345com for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period — suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or long-term close your 345com account. 345com will not send re-engagement marketing to self-excluded players.

11.3 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. 345com uses identity matching systems to detect re-registration by excluded individuals. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed and any deposits returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 345com provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty that it will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

12.2 345com's liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount deposited into the player's account during the 12 months preceding the incident.

12.3 345com is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including — but not limited to — losses resulting from technical failures, delayed settlement, or market suspension.

12.4 Nothing in these terms limits 345com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and Closure

13.1 345com reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.

13.2 Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Funds belonging to players who are not in breach of these terms will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following closure.

13.3 Players may close their own 345com account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@345com.app. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally. Any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

14. Disputes

14.1 If you have a complaint about a 345com service, bet settlement, payment, or any other matter, you should contact the support team in the first instance via the platform's live chat or by emailing support@345com.app. 345com aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

14.2 If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the dispute to 345com's formal complaints procedure by sending a written complaint to support@345com.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 In matters involving bet settlement disputes, the decision of the 345com Trading and Settlement team is final unless an error in the official results data can be demonstrated. 345com uses official competition data as its primary settlement source.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from the relationship between a player and 345com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 345com's operating licence. Players acknowledge that they access and use the platform in accordance with the laws of their own jurisdiction and accept responsibility for compliance with local regulations.

16. Amendments

16.1 345com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless urgent circumstances (such as a regulatory requirement or security issue) require immediate implementation.

16.2 Your continued use of the 345com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
